ASALAAM-WA-LAIKUM LADIES ,
A quick and easy chicken jalfrezi recipe for all of you’s who loves Indian food .
1 full chicken cut into 8 or 1kg chicken fillet in strip
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp fine garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
red masala ( depending on how strong you eat )
2 tomatoes cubed
1 tbsl chicken spice
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp mixed herb
salt to taste
1 green pepper sliced
1 cup steers chicken marinade ( big purple plastic bottle )
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp dhana powder
Purée the tomatoes .

What do you think is better a chicken wrap ? Or a chicken sandwich ?
Are you ready to sacrifice the bread and let the ingredients in your wrap take centre stage ?
Well wraps are very easy to make especially when you can just buy the ready made wraps and just prepare the filling ! also wraps do fall under the light eating category ands that’s exactly what I Wanted. Here’s how I prepared my filling !
1/2 kg chicken fillets cleans and cut into strips
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon red masala paste
1 teaspoon Ina parmans Cajun spice
1/2 teaspoon Robertson zesty lemon spice
1/2 teaspoon Portuguese spice
To layer :
Sweet chilli sauce
Cooked chicken strips
In a saucepan add the butter allow to melt ,followed by the ginger garlic and red masala spice , braise a little until you can smell the masalas and add chicken strips , mix this well and then add the rest of the dry spices , allow to cook until done .
To layer :
Take the wraps and bake them for 3 to 5 minutues or warm them up in a tava .
Spread as much sour cream on each wrap as desired ,add sweet chilli sauce and spread on sour cream add chopped lettuce , chicken strips and lastly the jalapeños .
