MASALA T-BONE  MINUTE STEAK SERVED WITH HALOUMI CHEESE

Their is nothing better then a perfectly grilled steak , the rich tenderness of the steak as well as a Devine smoky yet sticky taste , just the perfect type of food on a supper table enjoyed by all . Marinating and tenderizing are really the keys to having the steak turn out great. Here’s a good marinate for a grilled T-bone steak.

INGREDIENTS  :

6 pieces minute T-bone steaks

1 tsp crushed garlic

1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red masala paste

3 tbsl olive oil( normal oil )

1 tbsl vinegar

1 tbsl Robertson barbaque spice

1 tsp mixed herbs

1 tsp dhana powder

1 tsp chillies powder

1 tsp Worcester sauce

2 tbsl tomato sauce

method :

In a flat long dish add all the ingredients accept the steak and mix well.Now add in the steaks and mix until the steaks are covered in marinate and allow to marinate for atleast 2 hours . Now on the griller add some butter allow to heat. Now layer your steak on the griller and allow to cook 7 minutes on each sides .

Serve with grilled haloumi and sweet chilli sauce , or anything you fancy . Enjoy :-p
