A throw back on my little sisters bridal tea from last summer. 2013 was all about black and white, as well as spikes. I was just in love with those fashion trends ( I am a big lover of black after all ) .
When my little sister’s wedding date got fixed , my mind started working overtime planning a bridal tea that she will always remember. In a moment of inspiration I decided, why don’t I stay with the fashion trends and incorporate them into the Bridal tea that I was going to host for her .
I started my adventure material hunting as I wanted to get the perfect black and white runner ,I knew that once I had the table cover and runner organised , everything else would fall into place. The choices were endless with rolls upon rolls of black and white designs. As we browsed there was one particular roll that just caught my attention , and at that second I knew that was the one 🙂 it was like love at first sight! I snatched it up instantly . After I had bought the material everything else just fell into place. I had lots of stuff in my house that was perfect for the decoration .
The next biggest worry was the food. I got all my family and friends involved in helping to plan the perfect menu which covered everything from appetisers , desserts , cakes to mocktails. We wanted the guests to indulge in a variety of delicious foods but without any excessive wastage.
