ASALAAM-WA-ALAIKUM LADIES ,
2 pieces chicken fillet
1 tsp garlic
1 1/2 white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Chinese salt ( zeal )
1 green pepper washed and sliced
1 onion sliced
1 baby / red cabbage sliced
Handful spring onion
2 carrots sliced
Ina pot add oil and garlic ,braise until you get the garlic smell , add the chicken as well as the salts and peppers , allow to cook until fully done .
in a saucepan add some oil ,
add in all the veggies and stir fry for approximately 5 to 10 minutes , add 1 tblsp Chinese salt and mix , the veggies must be still crispy .
boil half a packet spaghetti as per packet instruction .
TO PREPARE :
shred the chicken fillet and add into the veggies and mix well , add the boiled spaghetti
, add 2 tbsl soya sauce and mix well , give it a nice stir and it’s ready to serve
